ARE THE PRESET PRICES SET IN STONE?

No! The prices listed are just starting points. You can always add features and services to any option. You can also build an option from scratch to suit your specific needs.

What’s more, I will always let you know where you stand money-wise. I won’t let you go over the agreed-to fee limit. It will be your choice to finish things off or keep going.

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY OPTION?

Once youre site is built, it’s inevitable that somewhere down the line, you will want to change your site to keep up with your growing business. We will simply meet together and discuss your ideas and get you where you want to be. Easy as that.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

I will require half of the estimated fee up front to begin work. When your website is all finished, I will then ask for the remaining balance before your site launches.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I can take all forms of payment – cash, check, credit card or paypal. If you do choose credit card or paypal, there will be a 3% service fee.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBRSCRIPTION EXPIRES?

If you choose an option with a service feature or maintenance plan subscription, or if you choose to add it on, you can always purchase more time once the subscription expires. There are monthly, yearly and as-needed subscription options.

DO YOU DO WEBSITE RE-DESIGNS?

Yep! I actually so these quite frequently. If you have a website that is curently live, I can take it over and revamp the pages for a current & modern design. I can also rebuild your site from the ground up. If this is the case for you, choose the option that most resembles your current website. Or if you want to upgrade or downsize, you can always do that too.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Once I start working on your site it usually takes 4-6 weeks to build. This varies depending on how complex your site is and if you have everything ready to go (content – text and images – being provided by clients is often the biggest hold up on sites being finished in time).

WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN FEE?

My hourly web design rate is $75. This is a rate that would be charged for any work done outside of the fixed website package rates.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

Research 
I’ll send you a questionnaire to find out more about you and what you need. I always have you send me links to 3 – 5 of your favorite websites and tell me what you like about them, this gives me an idea of what you’re looking for. I’ll follow that up with a phone call and a face-to-face meeting where we will brainstorm your vision into a starting point.

Design
I believe the design phase is the most important part and like to spend time on it, mostly because I think it’s vital to get the look, feel and flow of your site right.

Build
It’s then time to build your site. This is the technical phase, where the design will become code. I’ll need all your content and images and other required element at this point of the process.

Final checks
Because all my sites are mobile friendly this stage is really important. You get to check that you’re happy with everything, but I’ll also do bug checks on all major devices to make sure your site looks beautiful everywhere.

Go Live
The most exciting time. You get to share your site with all your networks. You’re live! {This only happens once I have received payment in full}

Ongoing Support
I’m not going anywhere. I offer management & maintenance packages, but even if you want to manage the site yourself, I’m still here and able to help you. If you can’t work out how to do something, or you want to make more substantial changes in the future, just get in touch.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

You do not actually have to provide anything if you are starting from scratch. I can write your content, take photos of your products and merchandise and set up your social media accoutns – or any variation thereof.

But the more you can provide for me, the $$ you will save. If you already have written content for the site, images, photos, a logo and have your social media accounts set up, the less $$ you will spend on creative.

If you already have set up a webhost account, domain registration account, social media accounts, an email marketing account, etc, I will need all credentials for accessing the accounts.
